Step TWO: Discover your CSA Leader/Followr Style Number.
No CSA Leader/Follower Style is Better than Any Other
Each one has unique strengths to contribute to the team,
yet each one must develop to become fully able to work successfully with all of the other Styles. Each one can be
matched with either gender, any personality type, any nationality and any belief system.

As this chart indicates, if you chose paragraphs 3 and 4, you are probably a CSA Leader/Follower Style 1 with the listed characteristics. If you selected paragraphs 2 and 4, you are likely a CSA Leader/Follower Style 9. You are able to learn your CSA Style (from 0 to 9) from the paragraph selections you made in the previous exercise.
